Andrea and her staff were absolutely wonderful! The rooms, the food, the drinks, and the service had me more relaxed than on any vacation I’ve had. The AC blows cold, the views are gorgeous, and our big group had an incredible trip. Highly recommend this location for birthdays, bachelorettes, weddings, vow renewals, or even a family reunion. WOW! Absolutely unforgettable 40th birthday!

I booked Villa Mandarinas for my 40th birthday with a group of 27 friends, and every single one of us was completely blown away by the 5-star service. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of seamlessly. The entire staff went above and beyond, and their attention to detail was absolute PERFECTION. By the end of the trip, they felt like family.

A huge shout-out to Andrea, the head concierge, who made sure everyone’s needs were met at all times, and Javi, the bartender, who made the BEST cocktails and never let a glass sit empty! As a Type-A planner, this stay was a total dream come true.

The culinary experience was out of this world, the food was genuinely on par with a Michelin-star restaurant, and the nightly table scapes were stunning. On top of that, the organized entertainment exceeded all expectations (I highly recommend booking the mariachi band, fire dancers, and magician!). This was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Villa Mandarinas es una de las casas más hermosas en las que he trabajado. Tiene capacidad para hasta 40 invitados, y tanto las vistas como la atención de todo el personal desde el inicio fueron increíbles.

Como wedding planner, es muy grato contar con recintos de este nivel para ofrecer a las parejas que buscan bodas destino en la playa en Puerto Vallarta. Cada una de las habitaciones tiene una personalidad propia y ofrece algunas de las mejores vistas de la Bahía.

Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Un punto importante a considerar para la logística es que la casa tiene muchos niveles y tiene muchas escaleras.

Fantastic Villa to get away and enjoy PV! Great location away from the touristy parts of PV. Secluded, private with all the amenities & things needed for rest, relaxation and recreation.

Very well staffed and excellent service. The team is very adept at catering to the needs of large groups/families. They are extremely attentive, accommodating and proactive in making the stay comfortable for all guests. Kudos to the team!

Also worth mentioning is the food. They went out of the way to cater to the dietary needs of all including the kids. Food was home cooked and prepared to taste!

Absolutely incredible time at Villa Mandarinas.  Rented out the place for 10 kids, 10 adults, stayed for five days - it was everything you could ask for and more.  The staff is fantastic - looked for opportunities to help and so welcoming. We had three meals a day and looked forward to every meal. Its food is made with care - especially loved the breakfasts, fresh fruit, and variety with every meal. Plenty of areas to relax, or huge tables and lounge areas to spend time together. Our stay at Villa Mandarinas was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel like family. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Waking up each morning surrounded by such a peaceful setting was exactly what we needed.

What really sets Villa Mandarinas apart, though, is the incredible staff. Every single person we met was kind, attentive, and eager to make our stay special.

A special thank you to Andrea, the manager, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail made us feel so well taken care of. She leads an amazing team and it shows in every aspect of the guest experience.

We also want to recognize Javier for always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude and genuine care did not go unnoticed.

And a huge thank you to Ernesto, who made every visit to the bar a highlight of our trip. His drinks were fantastic, but even more memorable was his friendly personality and the conversations we shared. He has a gift for making guests feel welcome, and we looked forward to seeing him every day.

It’s rare to find a place where the accommodations are beautiful, but the people make an even bigger impression. Villa Mandarinas gave us memories we’ll cherish for years to come. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already talking about when we can come back.
